In an attempt to better myself or become more informed about the world we live in I have started what is called the Advanced Inquiry Program (AIP) through Miami University (in Ohio), and the Woodland Park Zoo. This is a graduate program for a Master of Arts in Biology.
I can already tell this program is going to challenge me in new ways, I haven’t done math or science in 15 years! However my overarching intent is to expand my knowledge of the natural world and somehow find a way to incorporate ideas of conservation and sustainability into my work and life.
This will definitely be a new venture, It is already taking up a large amount of my time as I have started taking classes. So hopefully this new adventure will lead to good things!
